THE FRESH TO DEF MONTH-DAY OF BESTIE PACKAGE
Upon booking - Month prior to your wedding:
UNLIMITED communication via text, email, messenger, phone, and/or scheduled zoom or in person meetings.
Review of all vendor contracts and of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party
Ensure rental and catering counts are correct
Finalize details with all vendors (including venue)
Creation of floor plans for wedding day and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s (we will meet via zoom or in person to go over your timeline, create a rough draft, and final draft).
Venue walk through
Run Rehearsal prior to wedding day (this also includes gas/mileage/time)
Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for
Coordination with venue staff
Day-Of-Coordination includes:
Up to 10 hours of service on event day with (2-3 Event Assistants)
Manage wedding vendors per client’s instructions
Day-Of-Coordination will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions (example: managers will call us to coordinate for their on site team)
Manage wedding party and vendor & décor setup at ceremony & receptions sites
Organize & distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests
Facilitate the wedding ceremony
Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony
Oversee ushers & guest book attendants
Make sure all members of the wedding party are looking picture-perfect
Line up processional & cue DJ/musicians
Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions
Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
Ensure payment of vendor tips
Help making sure the clients bags are packed into the correct car before departure (bridal party will be asked to help with this)
Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client
Help packing the gifts into designated cars

Partial Planning
For those wanting to plan their wedding with hands-on support and design guidance. Three coordinators will be present on wedding day.
Budget analysis meeting
Together we will go line by line through our 100+ row spreadsheet creating a detailed budget. Every single item from shoes to menus will be included to give you an accurate snapshot of what your dream wedding will cost. Along the way, we will offer creative suggestions of ways we can help you stay within your desired budget and prioritize for the greatest impact.
Personalized recommended list of available vendors based on style, personality and budget
Instead of selecting off our list of 200+ vendors, we create a personalized recommended vendor list with the top 2-3 companies per vendor category who are the best fit for you! We take the hundreds of back and forth emails off your plate and present to you a list of vendors who are available on your wedding date, fit within your budget, match your personality and can bring your vision to life.
Design questionnaire, consultation, and creation of a summarized design presentation for overall vision of the wedding
We send you a design questionnaire to fill out together to help us get to know your style, taste, and ways we can personalize your wedding. We then have a consultation to dive deeper and ensure we are clear on your vision. Lastly, we create a summarized design presentation based on your preferences mixed with our design knowledge and ideas for personalization. This presentation is perfect for sharing with loved ones, helping you select attire, and showing vendors to express your vision.
Accompaniment to Florist, Specialty Rentals and Catering appointments
In addition to joining for your rental selection appointment, we also join for meetings with your florist, caterer and speciality rentals (ex. lounges, backdrops, etc.) We schedule the meeting on your behalf, attend it together with you and have a call after the proposal has been received to suggest any necessary revisions.

Kicking off the planning process:
Get-to-know one another and dive into planning (in-person or virtual)
Harmony Weddings month-by-month planning checklist
Harmony Weddings preferred vendors list (over 200 vendors!)
Accompaniment to one vendor meeting (recommended tabletop rental appointment to support with linen and pacesetting selections)
1-2 Months Prior to Wedding Day:
Creation of minute-by-minute timeline
Walk-through of the venue(s) and creation of a layout to scale using design software
Distribution and review of final timeline and layout with vendor team
Adjustment of final rental order based on final guest count
Wedding Week Coordination:
Decor drop off and final "no-stress" meeting (review of final timeline, layout and decor set up)
Communication with immediate family and wedding party of necessary details (rehearsal details, beauty locations, etc.)
Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal
Full day-of coordination (up to 12 hours) of wedding party, guests, and vendors
Overseeing wedding party getting ready and photography
Decorating the ceremony and reception space with décor provided by the couple
Directing vendors upon arrival and overseeing vendor setup
Overseeing transitions and timeliness of schedule
Cueing the couple and wedding party for timing of each part of the day
Communication with vendors throughout the evening
Serving as a "personal assistant" to the couple throughout the night
Distribution of gratuities
Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings
Emergency kit on hand
Taking care of any surprises :)
