The Fresh 50/50 Partial Planner Package

    Kicking off the planning process:

    • Get-to-know one another and dive into planning (in-person or virtual)

    • FCV month-by-month planning checklist

    • FCV preferred vendors list (over 200 vendors!)

    • Accompaniment to one vendor meeting (recommended tabletop rental appointment to support with linen and centerpeace setting selections)

    1-2 Months Prior to Wedding Day:

    • Creation of minute-by-minute timeline

    • Walk-through of the venue(s) and creation of a layout to scale using design software

    • Distribution and review of final timeline and layout with vendor team

    • Adjustment of final rental order based on final guest count

    Wedding Week Coordination:

    • Decor drop off and final "no-stress" meeting (review of final timeline, layout and decor set up)

    • Communication with immediate family and wedding party of necessary details (rehearsal details, beauty locations, etc.)

    • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal

    • Full day-of coordination (up to 12 hours) of wedding party, guests, and vendors

      • Overseeing wedding party getting ready and photography

      • Decorating the ceremony and reception space with décor provided by the couple

      • Directing vendors upon arrival and overseeing vendor setup

      • Overseeing transitions and timeliness of schedule

      • Cueing the couple and wedding party for timing of each part of the day

      • Communication with vendors throughout the evening

      • Serving as a "personal assistant" to the couple throughout the night

      • Distribution of gratuities

      • Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings

      • Emergency kit on hand

      • Taking care of any surprises :)

    Additional fees would apply for weddings with multiple ceremonies, venues, heavy DIY decor or over 200 guests.

The Freshest Bestie Wedding Coordination Package

OUR SERVICES BEGIN AS SOON AS YOU SAY, “I DO!” As your event approaches, the final details matter most. Our Coordination service ensures that every element you’ve carefully planned is executed flawlessly.

Upon booking our services, we step in to review plans, confirm vendor arrangements, and develop a detailed timeline that keeps the entire day running smoothly. On the event day, we manage logistics, oversee setup, coordinate vendors, and handle any last-minute adjustments with professionalism and care—allowing you and your guests to enjoy a stress-free and unforgettable experience.

UPON BOOKING. OUR COORDINATION INCLUDES:

♡ UNLIMITED communication via text, email, messenger, phone, and/or scheduled zoom or in person meetings

♡ FULL ADMIN SUPPORT

♡ Review of all vendor contracts and of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party (if applicable)

♡ Run Rehearsal prior to wedding day (virtually or in person + this also includes gas/mileage/time). if venue allows.

♡ Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

♡ Coordination with venue staff at least 1-2 months prior to date of wedding

DAY-OF COORDINATION INCLUDES:

♡ UP to 10 hours of service on the date of event of 1-2 Day of Coordinators (At least 1 Lead of Day of Coordinator)

♡ Manage wedding vendors per client’s instructions

♡ Day-Of-Coordination will be available in person and/or remotely during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions (example: managers will call us to coordinate for their on site team)

♡ Manage wedding party and vendor + décor setup at ceremony & receptions sites

♡ Organize & distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests (if applicable)

♡ Facilitate the wedding ceremony

♡ Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony

♡ Oversee ushers & guest book attendants (if applicable)

♡ Make sure all members of the wedding party are looking picture-perfect. this may be subjective and needs assistance from the photo and/or video team

♡ Line up processional & cue DJ/musicians

♡ Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception with the DJ and/or MC.

♡ Manage payments of vendors and/or tips on the day of (optional and if applicable)

♡ Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client (this will require assistance from your break-down crew)

♡ Managing the packing of gift cards and/or gifts into the appropriate location of venue

A Fresh & Simple Wedding Day Manager

This package is perfect for elopements or intimate weddings with fewer than 100 guests at 1 site and 1 venue

  • Communication starts 2 monthS prior to wedding

  • 1 Wedding Coordinator will be present for up to 10 hours at 1 site/1 venue.

  • Creation of timeline and/or managing the timeline created by the couple.

  • Vendor management/assistance

  • Ceremony and reception coordination

  • Management of vendors, setup oversight, and event flow

  • Point of contact for all vendors and guests on the wedding day

  • Handling of any last-minute details or issues
